En collaboration avec le chef cuisinier:
Planifier, préparer et exécuter différents menus;
Gérer les inventaires;
Voir au bon déroulement du restaurant;
S'assurer que le travail fait en cuisine respecte les règles et besoins des clients;
S'assurer que toute l'équipe en cuisine connaît les fonctions à venir;
Maintenir le niveau de qualité des produits;
Voir à l'amélioration continue des menus;
Maintenir le niveau de propreté requis et la rotation correcte des produits dans les chambres froide;
Veiller à la propreté et à l'entretien de toutes les zones de travail, des ustensiles et des équipements;
Respecter les politiques, les procédures et les normes de service relatives à la cuisine;
Respecter toutes les politiques d'hygiène et de sécurité lors de la manipulation de nourriture;
Autres tâches connexes.
Diplôme en cuisine d'établissement ou l'équivalent;
Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
Avoir une bonne expérience dans la gestion de personnel;
Méthodique;
Sens de l'initiative;
Sens de l'organisation;
Excellentes habiletés de communication;
Horaire variable, de jour, soir et fin de semaine.
