Notre immeuble à logements Viva-Cité accueille comme locataires des personnes autonomes dès l'âge de 50 ans. Il ne s'agit pas d'une résidence pour personnes âgées. Notre immeuble, Viva-Cité est un endroit où les locataires peuvent être fiers d'habiter, il ne reste qu'à y ajouter une personne dynamique et rassembleuse pour les animer afin de créer un sentiment de communauté et rendre cet espace de vie plus divertissant.
Le poste est à temps plein, 37.5 heures par semaine.
Voici ce à quoi pourrait ressembler ta journée :
Animer et organiser des activités selon les besoins des locataires (club de marche, cuisine, atelier d'art, etc).
Animer et organiser un programme mensuel d'activités sociales, physiques, intellectuelles et artistiques de façon structurée et variée.
Animer des périodes de rassemblement en grand groupe.
Organiser des sorties culturelles, sportives et divertissantes pour les résidents.
Accompagner les gens lors des sorties pour s'assurer du bon déroulement et de leur sécurité.
S'occuper de créer une ambiance communautaire et positive dans l'immeuble et entre les résidents.
Prévoir le matériel nécessaire à la réalisation des activités.
Souligner toutes les fêtes annuelles importantes en organisant des activités en groupe.
Assurer l'encadrement et la sécurité du groupe durant l'activité.
Gérer le budget prédéterminé.

EXIGENCES :
Expérience comme technicien en loisir ou formation équivalente
Excellent sens de la planification, de l'organisation et de la gestion des priorités
Bonne maîtrise du français
Se débrouiller en anglais pour discuter avec les locataires anglophones
Personne professionnelle, discrète et autonome
Bonne connaissance d'un logiciel de création de contenu (exemple: canva) pour créer de l'affichage et des calendriers
Bonne connaissance de la suite Outlook
