La mission première de ce poste sera d'effectuer le service client et la gestion de compte pour des clients majeurs stratégiques de l'entreprise
Votre quotidien:
• Coordonner les projets clients-Planifier l'exécution des projets clients-Suivre l'exécution des projets clients-Contribuer à bâtir des outils permettant d'améliorer l'exécution des projets clients.
• Effectuer l'entrée de commandes au système informatique-S'assurer que les paramètres de la commande client sont conformes à la soumission de Metra Aluminium-Faire le suivi des commandes clients auprès des intervenants internes et des sous-traitants-Supporter le département logistique/inventaire/expédition lors de l'expédition de commandes client-Préparer des documents d'expéditions à l'occasion-Gérer les portails clients-Répondre aux besoins des clients-Garder à jour les dossiers clients-Communiquer au client et/ou à la production, tout changement pouvant affecter une commande-Gérer les plaintes et les retours - émettre les notes de crédits-Participer à des rencontres hebdomadaires avec les clients-Communiquer à la direction des ventes toutes les informations pertinentes pouvant avoir un impact commercial Profil recherché:
• Aimer le contact avec la clientèle- Attitude positive et enthousiasme- Aptitude pour le travail d'équipe- Personne proactive, capacité de résolution de problème et débrouillardise - Professionnalisme et rigueur- Excellente aptitudes de communication / négociation ( téléphone et courriel) - Clients - InterdépartementsExigences:
• Formation académique:
DEC en administraion et/ou marketing et/ou expérience équivalente- Maitrise du français et de l'anglais parlé et écrit ( La langue anglaise est demandée car certain de nos clients et sous-traitants s'expliment en anglais seulement)- Capacité de rédiger courriels/messages de façon professionnelle et efficace- Très bonne connaissance de la suite Office ( Niveau Intermédiaire)- Connaissance de la lecture de plans & devis ( atout)- Connaissance ERP Dynamics AX ( atout)
