Salaire : 26.57 $ de l'heure, selon les qualifications et l'expérience et en conformité avec la convention collective en vigueur.
TA MISSION
Effectuer des travaux de vérification, de réparation, d'entretien, de modification et d'installation dans les domaines de la plomberie d'eau domestique et d'eau de chauffage. Pour en savoir plus sur la description de tâches détaillée, consulter le plan de classification.
ton apport au quotidien
Réparer ou remplacer la tuyauterie;
Installer les accessoires neufs qui entrent dans la modernisation des systèmes de plomberie;
Relier les canalisations domestiques d'air et d'eau aux réseaux d'alimentation et de renvoi;
Déboucher les éviers, les bassins, les douches, les urinoirs et les cabinets;
Assurer le bon entretien de la tuyauterie, des robinets, des valves et des autres accessoires;
Procéder à la mise en opération et à la fermeture des systèmes de plomberie dans les endroits ouverts au public durant certaines saisons;
Percer ou faire percer des ouvertures pour les tuyaux dans les murs et les planchers;
Cintrer, couper, aléser et faire le filetage des tuyaux ainsi que les installer et les raccorder;
Procéder à diverses épreuves en vue de déterminer l'étanchéité du système;
Installer, remplacer, réparer et raccorder des canalisations à l'intérieur des chaudières;
Planifier et exécuter les travaux d'inspection et d'entretien;
Participer à l'implantation et la mise à jour d'un programme de maintien d'actifs et de GMAO pour un parc immobilier institutionnel;
Maintenir à jour les registres et systèmes de gestion informationnels liés à champ d'activité;
Signaler ses observations sur les conditions et les lacunes des installations afin d'offrir des suggestions concernant les améliorations requises;
Répondre aux demandes de services habituelles et celles sur demande.
Tes Qualifications
Posséder les qualifications légales appropriées à la classe d'emploi.
Le candidat doit posséder et présenter le certificat suivant : détenir le certificat de compétence compagnon (CCC) valide émise par la commission de la construction du Québec avec champ de spécialisation du métier de tuyauteur.
Détenir au moins trois (3) années d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine des systèmes de plomberie et de chauffage (un atout).

Être titulaire d'un permis de conduire valide.
