Le Centre de services scolaire des Grandes-Seigneuries (CSSDGS) cherche à pourvoir un poste régulier de technicienne ou technicien en bâtiment - volet architecture au sein du Service des ressources matérielles.

TES CONDITIONS D'EMPLOI
Horaire : 35 heures par semaine;
Salaire : de 24,36 $ à 33,95 $ de l'heure, selon les qualifications et l'expérience et en conformité avec la convention collective en vigueur .
TA MISSION
Procurer une assistance technique aux différents services du CSSDGS, principalement en effectuant des recherches, en élaborant des plans et en rédigeant des devis, en recueillant et en fournissant les données nécessaires au personnel professionnel et aux responsables des divers services.
Être responsable d'un certain nombre d'immeubles en termes de services aux occupants, de réalisation de projets d'organisation et d'adaptation scolaire. Tu devras bien connaître tes immeubles, en faire une inspection annuelle et documenter la base de données des actifs immobiliers afin de planifier les besoins en entretien et maintien d'actif.
ton apport au quotidien
Être responsable du fonctionnement, de l'entretien, de la vérification et de l'installation des composantes architecturales;
Procéder aux inspections régulières;
Faire les recommandations nécessaires pour les réparations majeures ou pour les améliorations requises;
Participer à l'élaboration et à la tenue à jour de l'inventaire physique des composantes architecturales;
Soutenir les utilisateurs en répondant aux demandes de services;
Saisir le besoin, élaborer et réaliser des projets d'organisation ou d'adaptation scolaires.
Tes Qualifications
Diplôme d'études collégiales en Technologie de l'architecture ou un diplôme ou une attestation d'études dont l'équivalence est reconnue par l'autorité compétente.
AUTRES EXIGENCES
Avoir une connaissance des logiciels suivants : suite Office et AutoCAD;
Avoir un permis de conduire valide;
Connaissance des différents codes et normes relatives au maintien du bâtiment : RBQ, CNQI, CNB;
Posséder un véhicule automobile pour se déplacer sur le territoire du CSSDGS
