St-Marys Cement - Usine McInnis recherche des mécaniciens industriels pour rejoindre sa cimenterie à la fine pointe de la technologie située à Port-Daniel-Gascons. McInnis fait maintenant partie de la famille Votorantim Cimentos North America depuis le printemps 2021. Maintenant en exploitation, cette cimenterie est la seule au Canada à se conformer volontairement aux normes d'émissions dans l'air les plus contraignantes en Amérique du Nord.

Profil
Nous recherchons une personne dont le profil est le suivant pour devenir mécanicien industriel.
Compétences et expériences professionnelles :
Détenir un diplôme d'étude collégiale en génie mécanique ou en maintenance industrielle ou un diplôme d'étude professionnelle en mécanique industrielle ou en soudure
Possédez plus de deux ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle
Être disponible pour travailler de jour et de nuit sur des quarts de 12 heures et sur un horaire 4-5-5-4
Posséder et maintenir un permis de conduire valide, sans restriction
Être citoyen canadien ou détenir un permis de travail canadien valide
Qualités humaines :
Facilité à travailler en équipe et bonne capacité de communication
Capacité d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de priorisation
Sens de l'initiative, autonomie et débrouillardise
Connaissance et respect des normes de sécurité
Responsabilités
Sous la responsabilité du superviseur mécanique, le mécanicien industriel aura les principales responsabilités suivantes :
Inspecter, installer, entretenir et calibrer les instruments mécaniques industriels et les dispositifs connexes
Effectuer les entretiens, les installations et le dépannage des divers équipements fixes et roulants de la production, ainsi que certains périphériques
Exécuter les ordres de travail en lien avec le plan d'entretien préventif, prédictif et correctif des installations de l'usine
Proposer des solutions lors de bris ou de non-performance d'équipements et procéder aux essais mécaniques pour identifier les éventuels problèmes
Rédiger des rapports avec justesse et colliger les informations dans le système SAP
