Sommaire de la fonction :
Relevant du Directeur de production, le(la) Planificateur(trice) effectue la planification de la production selon les prévisions des ventes d'un un horizon d'un an, de 3 mois et de chaque semaine. Il tient compte de la main d'œuvre, du temps machine et des imprévus. Il planifie également des livraisons chez les clients provenant directement de la sous-traitance.
RÔLES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Le(la) Planificateur(trice) aura comme principales responsabilités de :
Planifier les plans de production selon des dates de livraison requises au système dans un horizon d'un an, de mois et de chaque semaine en fonction de la main d'œuvre, du temps machine et des imprévus;
Planifier l'approvisionnement de la résine pour la production des marches de piscines et des spas;
Planifier les besoins de sous-traitance et coordonner l'arrivée des pièces fabriquées en sous-traitance selon les livraisons directes chez les clients;
Planifier les quantités de composantes nécessaires à la production des Spas et des marches de piscine selon les dates requises des ventes;
Réviser avec l'équipe de production les prévisions de production, en cas d'écart dans la cédule établir un plan d'action;
Communiquer régulièrement avec le service à la clientèle sur le suivi des commandes à expédier;
Maintenir à jour les informations d'inventaire dans le système informatique, en cas d'écart analyser à effectuer des comptages visuels et physiques d'inventaire pour corriger dans le système;
Établir les tailles de lots optimaux pour chaque produit sous sa responsabilité;
Établir et développer des relations collaboratives avec les intervenants internes et externes existants (sous-traitants);
Mettre en place des indicateurs et en assurer le suivi pour évaluer la performance des sources d'approvisionnements;
Collaborer à la gestion des problématiques liées à l'approvisionnement et la planification de la production avec l'acheteur/approvisionneur;

VOTRE BAGAGE ET VOS FORCES
En tant que Planificateur(trice) vous devez:
Posséder 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en milieu manufacturier;
Avoir une bonne capacité d'analyse;
Être structuré, organisé et rigoureux;
Capacité à respecter des échéances et démontrer un sens de l'urgence et des priorités;
Être axé sur les résultats;
Maitriser les outils informatiques (MS Office), excellentes habiletés avec Excel.
