Sommaire de la fonction :
Relevant du Directeur Financier, l'Acheteur(euse) voit aux achats et approvisionnements de la matière et des pièces nécessaires pour produire des spas et des marches/échelles de piscine. Il coordonne les activités d'approvisionnement et la gestion de l'inventaire.
RÔLES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
Dans le cadre de ses fonctions l'Acheteur(euse) / Gestionnaire des approvisionnements et inventaires devra:
Planifier les approvisionnements auprès des fournisseurs approuvés;
Gérer le processus complet d'approvisionnements avec les fournisseurs;
Effectuer un suivi sur les réceptions de la semaine, maintient à jour les informations d'inventaire dans le système informatique, et en cas d'écart, analyser et corriger dans le système,
Développer et maintenir de solides relations d'affaires avec les fournisseurs;
Maintenir à jour les informations d'inventaire dans le système informatique, effectuer le suivi des prix, dessins, critères de qualité, des fiches fournisseurs et des contacts de tous nos produits achetés;
Analyser et maintenir en inventaire les min/max appropriés et les tailles de lots optimaux;
Maximiser l'utilisation du système ERP;
Analyser et négocier les contrats d'approvisionnement;
Gérer le processus de soumission avec les fournisseurs
Rechercher continuellement à réduire les couts d'approvisionnements avec les fournisseurs pour toutes les composantes et les services achetées incluant les coûts de transport;
Suivre les rapports de non-conformité du matériel reçu et voir à leur bonne résolution, en collaboration avec ses équipes et les autres départements de l'organisation;
Évaluer la performance des sources d'approvisionnements de l'organisation;
Collaborer et voir aux achats des nouvelles composantes en développement des produits ou en substitution produits au besoin;
Voir à la prise d'inventaire annuelle

VOTRE BAGAGE ET VOS FORCES
l'Acheteur(euse) / Gestionnaire des approvisionnements et inventaires devra;
Détenir un AEC/DEC Gestion de l'approvisionnement ou toute autre formation pertinente sera considérée;
Posséder 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en approvisionnement en milieu manufacturier;
Avoir déjà transigé à l'international (Asie et Europe) un atout;
Être structuré, organisé et rigoureux;
Bilingue (français/anglais);
Avoir une bonne capacité d'analyse et aptitude pour la résolution de problèmes;
Capacité de persuasion et de négociation;
Être un facilitateur et un bon communicateur;
Aisance en travail d'équipe;
Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en même temps de façon indépendante;
Capacité à respecter des échéances et démontrer un sens de l'urgence et des priorités;
Maitrise des outils informatiques (MS Office)
