Main duties :
Sous la supervision du Chef ATP:
Préparer la fiche de production (si non-fournie par le pharmacien, impression d'une fiche informatisée ou transcription manuscrite)
Rassembler, si requis, le matériel et les ingrédients nécessaire et procéder à la préparation et au conditionnement du produit (sous hotte) requis dans les délais requis
Produire les étiquettes identifiant chaque produit stérile préparé (si nécessaire)
Effectuer les tests de stérilité pour les productions par lot
Utiliser les appareils de type : pompe péristaltique, balance, etc pour les productions par lot
Travailler aux productions BPF lorsque requis
Procéder au nettoyage quotidien des hottes à flux laminaire de toutes les salles blanches et vertes ainsi que les chemosphères et compléter les registres appropriés
Accomplir les tâches décrites ci-haut concernant les ATP non-stériles
Toutes autres tâches connexes

L'assistant technique en pharmacie a pour principales responsabilités de préparer tout médicament magistral stérile et non stérile lui étant assigné par le chef assistant technique en pharmacie.Les activités doivent être exécutées en respectant les politiques, procédures, règlements, lois et normes des organismes réglementaires relatifs à Galenova inc et Gentès & Bolduc pharmaciens.
