En tant que Responsable de la maintenance, vous aurez la chance de
Assiste et partage l'exécution des tâches avec le responsable maintenance ;
Planifie, organise, coordonne et évalue les activités de la maintenance et de l'entretien ménager ;
Dirige et supervise le personnel affecté ou exécute lui-même les travaux suivants : travaux d'entretien et de réparation de la bâtisse, des équipements et des appartements selon les normes d'entretien et de sécurité en vigueur.
Effectue les tournées d'inspections des équipements et de la bâtisse.
Coordonne et contrôle l'exécution des travaux auprès des sous-traitants.
Accomplit diverses tâches administratives à l'ordinateur ;
Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Expériences et formations
DEP en entretien de bâtiment ou toute autre formation équivalente ;
Posséder une bonne expérience en construction, en menuiserie, en plomberie, en peinture et en entretien de bâtiment ;
Une année d'expérience en gestion et supervision de personnel (atout);
Disponibilité pour remplacement en cas d'imprévu ou d'urgence ;
Doit posséder une voiture et un permis valide ;
Bonne connaissance du français parlé et écrit
Habileté à communiquer et à travailler en équipe ;
Faire preuve de dextérité manuelle ;
Bonne condition physique ;
Faire preuve de patience et de bienveillance;
Aimer les personnes du bel âge.
