Notre département d'estimation et de gestion de projets est composé de plus de 20 professionnels qui combinent leur expertise et leur ingéniosité afin de relever les défis que présente la construction dans l'Arctique. En pleine croissance, Construction Gély cherche à joindre un nouveau membre à l'équipe et souhaite accueillir un estimateur qualifié.
Mandaté par le directeur général et en collaboration avec les collègues du département, l'estimateur est responsable des estimations et des propositions budgétaires des projets uniques et diversifiés auxquels l'entreprise s'intéresse.
Principales responsabilités reliées au poste :
Analyser les documents d'appels d'offres et mener à bien l'estimation en conformité avec les exigences du projet;
Évaluer la liste des spécialités requises, procéder aux invitations à soumissionner et assurer le suivi ;
Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les différents fournisseurs et sous-traitants potentiels;
Estimer les coûts et les quantitfés des effectifs requis pour l'exécution du projet ainsi que la logistique qui y est associée;
Valider la disponibilité des effectifs requis et des installations nécessaires;
Participer activement à la revue finale des soumissions.
Autres tâches à valeur ajoutée :
Analyser les résultats de soumissions et suggérer des solutions pour optimiser la compétitivité de l'entreprise;
Participer à la mise à jour régulière des bases de données;
Épauler les chargés de projets pour différentes tâches : validation de quantités; commande de matériaux; fiches techniques et dessins d'atelier; négociation de contrat; recherche de fournisseurs et de sous-traitants;
Lors de projets en « design build », analyser les options de conception et recommander les meilleures solutions en prenant en considération le coût, la qualité et la logistique;
S'informer de l'évolution des travaux en cours;
Travailler en cohérence avec l'orientation prise par la direction et en conformité avec les procédures internes et les exigences de la norme ISO 9001 lors de l'élaboration des soumissions.

Conditions d'emploi

D.E.C. en estimation et évaluation en bâtiment (estimation de la construction), en architecture ou toute autre combinaison de formation et expérience en lien avec le poste;
Minimum 3 années d'expérience en estimation de bâtiments d'envergure;
Bilinguisme;
Maîtrise de la lecture et de l'analyse de plans et devis;
ATTITUDES RECHERCHÉES :
Curiosité et intérêt marqué pour tout ce qui concerne les innovations tant dans les matériaux que les méthodes de construction;
Apte à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément en respectant des échéanciers serrés;
Sens aigu de l'organisation et de la planification;
Minutie, rigueur et esprit analytique développé.
