En tant que Directeur.trice de comptes, tu es responsable de l'identification et du développement de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires pour les produits et services de notre entreprise.
Tu travailleras étroitement en collaboration avec nos équipes marketing et produit pour comprendre les besoins de nos clients et développer des solutions personnalisées pour répondre à leurs exigences.
Ta mission
Effectuer des activités de prospection pour identifier et engager des clients potentiels;
Qualifier les prospects qui demandent des propositions (RFP), des démonstrations ou des rencontres à l'aide de conversations tout au long du cycle de vente;
Organiser des rendez-vous de présentation de proposition avec les prospects qualifiés;
Démontrer de manière experte les capacités de la plateforme et notre expertise (Trusted Advisor), en présentant efficacement la proposition de valeur aux prospects;
Créer des propositions adaptées pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des prospects
Négocier les termes de l'entente et conclure les ventes dans un délai raisonnable;
Participer avec le Responsable de la réussite client CSM à la satisfaction du client en maintenant des relations, en comprenant leurs objectifs et leurs défis ;
Organiser avec le CSM les revues trimestrielles d'affaires (QBR);
Offrir des conseils et une orientation experte aux clients, en alignant nos solutions sur leurs objectifs commerciaux;
Suivre les progrès et les performances du compte, en identifiant les opportunités d'amélioration et en proposant des solutions pour optimiser leur expérience et leur succès avec notre produit;
Gérer de manière proactive les dépassements de licence en identifiant les besoins évolutifs des clients et en proposant des solutions adaptées pour ajuster les licences existantes, assurant ainsi la conformité et la satisfaction client tout en maximisant les opportunités de revenus supplémentaires;
Planifier une réunion de renouvellement avec les clients pour discuter des nouveaux modules ou fonctionnalités disponibles pour une éventuelle extension de leur service;
Fournir des conseils experts aux clients, en alignant nos solutions sur leurs objectifs commerciaux, et démontrer avec compétence les capacités de la plateforme, présentant efficacement la proposition de valeur;
Participer à des événements (conférence, webinaire, etc.).
Ton profil
Formation technique ou universitaire en lien avec le développement des affaires, le marketing et la communication;
Expérience avérée dans la vente, la gestion de comptes ou un domaine connexe;
Connaissance des nouvelles technologies et à l'écoute des tendances;
Connaissances approfondies en marketing relationnel;
Bilingue (Français et Anglais);
Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et présentation.
De solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Motivé.e, avec une volonté d'atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs.
