En pleine expansion, nous sommes à la recherche d'un contrôleur financier à temps plein pour combler notre équipe.Description de l'emploi :
Le contrôleur financier est responsable de la planification, de la gestion et du contrôle quotidien de toutes les activités financières.
Il dirige et maintient l'intégrité comptable et financière de l'organisation grâce à divers processus, notamment la production de rapports financiers précis, le maintien de l'examen des dossiers comptables, la prévision des résultats financiers, la communication des principaux indicateurs de performance aux opérations et le bon entretien des systèmes et fonctions comptables.Responsabilités :
• Préparer des rapports hebdomadaire et mensuels des résultats, des prévisions mensuelles, du plan opérationnel annuel et de la planification stratégique;-Gérer et analyser les projets d'investissement en capital et prévoir les besoins budgétaires;-Diriger les initiatives d'économies de coûts de l'usine et veiller à ce qu les résultats budgétés soient obtenus;-Rechercher et concilier les comptes du grand livre;-Responsable des contrôles internes pour les opérations et les finances;-Clôturer et rapporter la période financière chaque mois;-Guider et diriger les comptes fournisseurs, les achats non-liés aux stocks, les inventaires cycliques, les rapports sur la main-d'oeuvre et la production et les fonctions quotidiennes du département;-Préparer les informations pour les audits annuels;-Veiller à ce que le nomenclature et les coûts reflètent correctement les opérations de production;-Suivre la productivité et les coûts de main-d'oeuvre, les coûts des matériaux, les frais généraux de fabrication, les coûts de distribution, les retours et les niveaux de stocks;-Assurer les respect des Principes Comptables Généralement Reconnus (PCGR);-Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées par la direction.Compétences recherchées :
• Propriété organisationnelle;-Pensée systèmatique et cartésienne;-Gestion des relations;-Initiative;-Orienté vers les résultats;-Bonne capacité d'adaptation;-Coaching et développement des personnes;-Souci du détail;-Multi-tâches.Mesure de succès :
• Écart entre le budget et les résultats réels;-Écart entre les prévisions et les résultats réels;-Jours des comptes créditeurs, jours d'inventaire, jours des comptes clients et effectifs.Éducation, formation et expérience :
• Plus de cinq (5) années d'expérience en comptabilité ou un domaine connexe et de préférence en milieu manufacturier;-Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finances ou domaine connexe obligatoire;-Discipline MBA et / ou CPA de préférence;-Excellent français parlé et écrit (anglais grand atout);-Expérience des systèmes ERP et bonne maîtrise des PCGR;-Doit maîtriser à un niveau expert la suite Office.Conditiions de travail :
• Occasionnel de soir et week ends;-Déplacements minimes requis;Seules les personnes sélectionnées pour une entrevue seront contactées.
