DTL-Misys Informatique et son équipe dynamique sont à la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) informatique Conseiller spécialiste en gestion des postes de travail pour un mandat chez un client (100% Télé-travail sauf exeptions).-Travailleurs autonomes et retraités bienvenus
Sous la supervision du directeur des technologies de l'information du client, le technicien informatique aura plusieurs défis afin de répondre aux besoins du client, qui incluent :
Tâches
Réalise le troussage logiciel, les tests et le déploiement des trousses en appliquant les normes et procédures en vigueur;
Créé et maintien les images des postes de travail;
Identifie, recommande, implante et documente les solutions correctives et préventives pour une gestion saine des postes de travail
Adapte les processus, les procédures et les mécanismes pour imager les postes de travail afin de supporter les nouvelles caractéristiques Windows 10 et 11, avec les outils en place;
Fournit l'expertise requise pour optimiser le paramétrage des stratégies de groupe (GPO) sous Windows 10 et 11;
Gère et maintient l'environnement de bureau à l'aide de politiques (GPO), automatise les déploiements et les mises à jour récurrentes des postes de travail;
Configure les mises à jour et développe des processus et des procédures pour la gestion de l'environnement bureautique et des systèmes d'exploitation;
Collabore à la paramétrisation, la sécurité et la mobilité du parc bureautique;
Assurer le soutien de 2e niveau pour les postes de travail : déploiements, résolution des incidents, sécurité et GPO;
Conseille l'équipe à la réalisation des travaux d'évolution des logiciels Windows et Office en fonction des nouvelles stratégies d'évolution des produits Microsoft;
Contribue à l'analyse et le choix des composants logiciel;
Assure la vigie et la mise à jour des applications;
Produit la documentation nécessaire dans le cadre des opérations : plan de tests, guide d'exploitation, instructions d'installation, plan de déploiement, etc.;
Participe aux projets d'évolution des services bureautiques : mobilité, infonuagique, etc. ;
Travaille en partenariat avec différentes équipes et des clients pour planifier, installer, configurer, soutenir et tenir à jour, améliorer les performances et sécuriser les solutions bureautiques;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Type d'emploi : Temps plein (40h /semaine), contrat initial de 36 mois.
Exigences :
Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience avec les technologies Microsoft et son écosystème (Windows, Office, mobilité, ergonomie du poste de travail, déploiement des correctifs et des applications sur les postes);
Minimum de cinq (5) ans dans la gestion des images, des profils, des trousses d'application et des GPO, Intune, MDM, MS Defender, de la gestion centralisée AD (GPO), AAD, des outils d'automatisation (script dos, VBScript, PowerShell, MSI, EXE, Admin Studio, XML);
Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience dans le déploiement des correctifs de sécurité;
Minimum de trois (3) ans de Windows 10 et Windows 11 entreprise;
Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience avec les cycles d'évolution des postes de travail;
Minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience avec la Suite O365;
Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience avec des solutions de virtualisation bureautique, tels que Citrix, VMWARE, Microsoft Virtual Desktop, Citrix XenServer, Virtual Box, Microsoft Hyper-V;
Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience avec M365 et autres offres SaaS.
