Vos responsabilités:
Supporter les différentes directions dans la réalisation des plans d'action environnementales et santé sécurité;
Élaborer, évaluer des procédures et des programmes et en assurer la gestion documentaire;
S'assurer de la mise aux normes (requis de la réglementation en SST) et s'assurer du maintien de celles-ci ;
Mettre en place les stratégies de la direction ;
Réaliser des analyses de risques et des contrôles ;
Auditer et émettre des recommandations relativement aux systèmes et des requis légaux ;
Réaliser des activités de formation dans le but de transmettre les processus auprès des responsables de sites et des utilisateurs;
Effectue les enquêtes et analyse d'accident de travail;
Animer des rencontres;
Bref, être un partenaire des directeurs régionaux.
Qualifications requises:
Tu es détenteur d'une formation collégiale ou universitaire pertinente en environnement et tu souhaites t'intégrer à une équipe solide en SST;
Tu possèdes 5 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires (expérience en milieu manufacturier et construction (atout);
Tu as de l'expérience en implantation et dans la mise en œuvre de systèmes de gestion tels que les normes OHSAS, ISO, NLCSA ou autres;
L'interprétation des exigences légales en vigueur du Québec et du Canada sont pour toi « terrain connu »;
Tu es structuré, organisé et bon vulgarisateur;
Tu démontre un bon leadership, un bon jugement et une grande facilité à communiquer verbalement et à l'écrit;
Posséder un permis de conduire valide, classe 5;
Anglais fonctionnel.
