Nature du travail
Le commis aux pièces et services accueille les clients qui se présentent en magasin pour faire réparer un outil ou commander des pièces spécifiques. Il aura la charge de créer dans le système un estimé de réparation afin que les techniciens puissent faire un diagnostic sur l'outil et ensuite la réparation. Il commandera les pièces nécessaires ainsi que celles que nous tenons en inventaire. Il conseillera également la clientèle dans la prise de décision sur leur réparation. Il s'assurera de maintenir à jour l'inventaire de pièces, de procéder aux commandes avec les fournisseurs et de respecter le processus de réception des pièces dans le système informatisé.
Description des tâches
• Accueillir la clientèle qui se présente au comptoir des réparations ;
• Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et donner les renseignements requis au client ;
• Enregistrer les informations des clients dans le système et créer, s'il y a lieu, l'estimé de réparation de l'outil du client ;
• Être capable de vulgariser le côté technique de la réparation pour conseiller le client ;
• Recevoir les paiements pour les estimés et les commandes spéciales de pièces ;
• Effectuer la réception, l'expédition et le classement des pièces et autres ;
• Conserver et classer divers documents (bon de réception des fournisseurs, etc.) ;
• Effectuer un suivi auprès du client en lien avec le prix de l'estimé que le mécanicien a établi ou tout autre suivi nécessaire ;
• Effectuer les réclamations des outils sous garantie auprès des fournisseurs et assurer un suivi rigoureux ;
• Consulter les différents schémas des outils et être capable d'identifier les pièces demandées par le client ;

Qualifications demandées
• Diplôme d'études secondaires
• 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des pièces et services ou tout autre expérience significative dans un domaine similaire
