SOMMAIRE DE LA FONCTION
Sous la supervision du Directeur Construction, le titulaire de ce poste sera responsable de la gestion complète de livrables-clients qui lui sont assignés dans le cadre de projets de fourniture et d'installation d'équipements d'ascenseurs et de monte-charge de type commercial et institutionnel. L'implication de la personne tant au niveau technique, approvisionnements et fabrication, qu'au niveau de la relation avec les clients, ainsi que de la coordination avec les équipes d'installation sur les chantiers, sont une partie centrale des responsabilités du gestionnaire de projets.
RESPONSABILITÉS
Les fonctions principales du poste comprennent, sans s'y limiter :1. Planification, coordination et suivi avec les différents intervenants aux projets dont vous aurez la responsabilité, soit :
• Dessins et ingénierie: revue complète des éléments techniques et de la conception avec l'ingénierie.- Achats: préparation des réquisitions d'achat pour l'équipe des approvisionnements.- Fabrication: requête de fabrication pour mise en production par l'équipe manufacturière.- Équipes d'installation en chantier: montage des listes de chargements de chantier pour la préparation par les opérations, visite de chantier, prise de mesures et représentation aux réunions, gestion des équipes de mécaniciens pendant l'installation, coordination avec les autres corps de métiers sur le chantier quant à la séquence des travaux.- Relations avec la clientèle: gestion des demandes de changements du client, suivi des extras, préparation des demandes de facturation basée sur l'avancement des travaux.- Service après-vente: contrat de maintenance sur long terme.- Développement des affaires : participation au processus d'estimation des projets, en réponse à des appels d'offres en ascenseurs et monte-charge, préparation de propositions détaillées, et présentation au client.
2. Imputabilité complète quant au respect rigoureux des budgets, des échéanciers, ainsi que de la qualité des produits livrés et de la prestation de services auprès du client;
3. Participation à la mise en place et à l'amélioration des processus d'affaires de l'organisation, et de son système de gestion manufacturière (Genius);
4. Autres tâches connexes au poste.
FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCES REQUISES
Posséder un Baccalauréat en génie ou en administration, ou équivalent en expérience;
Détenir une expérience de travail dans un environnement manufacturier et/ou dans l'industrie de la Construction est un atout.
