Principales responsabilités :
Répondre aux besoins du client par téléphone et au besoin par courriel (prises de commandes, soumissions, propositions, informations, retours, remplacements, etc.)
Informatiser les commandes;
Suivi des soumissions à faire avec les vendeurs;
Apporter un support aux ventes;
Effectuer des propositions aux clients (si besoin);
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Exigences et Compétences recherchées
Être bilingue;
Du dynamisme;
Être en mesure d'accomplir plusieurs tâches en même temps;
2 ans d'expérience dans un domaine manufacturier (un atout);
De l'expérience B2B (un atout);
De l'expérience e-commerce.
