Sous la supervision de la coordonnatrice au département crédit et analyste financière, l'agent aux comptes recevables a la responsabilité que les comptes clients soient recouvrés à l'intérieur des objectif spécifiés et dans le respect des politiques de crédit de l'entreprise, ainsi que les enquêtes de crédit soient effectuées dans un délai avec diligence. Il saisit, prépare et traite différentes pièces de gestion administrative et financière pour les comptabiliser dans les différents systèmes de gestion et autres livres ou registres financiers, conformément aux procédures établies. Il effectue efficacement les dépôts et les encaissements journaliers.
DEC ou AEC en comptabilité ou combinaison de formation et d'expérience jugée pertinente
Trois (3) à cinq (5) années d'expérience dans un poste similaire
Maitrise du français oral et écrit essentiel; connaissance de la langue anglaise
Capacité à résoudre des problèmes et à proposer des solutions
Connaissance de la suite Office
Connaissances des logiciels, Pétro Plus et Teams (un atout)
Bonne connaissance des produits pétroliers (un atout)
Esprit d'analyse et capacité de synthèse
Approche client et entregent
Habileté pour la négociation
Sens de l'organisation et des priorités
Autonomie et débrouillardise
Discrétion et confidentialité
Loyauté et intégrité
