The Accounting Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks to support Client's financial operations.
This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and involves close collaboration with the Financial Controller.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong analytical skills, and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Maintain and update the general ledger in QuickBooks.Support the Financial Controller in budgeting and forecasting activities.Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.About You:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) as an Accounting Technician or similar role.Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.Bilingual (English and French)Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.Experience working in the technology industry is a plus.

Gérer et traiter les transactions comptables quotidiennes, y compris les comptes créditeurs et débiteurs.Réconcilier les relevés bancaires et assurer l'exactitude des dossiers financiers.Assister à la préparation des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.Maintenir et mettre à jour le grand livre dans QuickBooks.Soutenir le Contrôleur Financier dans les activités de budgétisation et de prévision.Assister à d'autres tâches comptables et administratives au besoin.À propos de vous :
Diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe.2+ années d'expérience en tant que technicien comptable ou dans un rôle similaire.Maîtrise de QuickBooks est souhaitée.Forte compréhension des principes et pratiques comptables.Bilingue (anglais et français).Maîtrise des applications MS Office, en particulier Excel.Expérience de travail dans l'industrie technologique est un atout.
