This team will work to create auniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guestexperience for International (EMEA + South East Asia) Ecommerce, workingclosely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations, as well asthird-party vendors.

what you'll doThis role will be responsible for defining requirements and deliveringfeatures relating to lululemon's International Ecommerce AccelerationstrategyResponsible for sizing features in terms of Guest & Business Impactand collaborate with developers, business analysts and vendors to leadfeature prioritization & sequencingDefine metrics for work output within a defined measurement frameworkand map these to KPIs / OKRs Make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding oforganizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, industrybenchmarks and emerging trends, in collaboration with business stakeholdersand cross functional teams Assess performance of work output and identify the need to adjust plansand replan workqualifications 3-5+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis ondelivering guest-facing applications with external/3rd party vendors.
Up to2 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of productmanagement experience.
Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanceddegree preferred) Preference for candidates who have experience working ondigital/ecommerce products with end users outside North America, on anAgile Scrum team, and familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/orcross border ecommerce software solutions (e.g.
Global-e, eShopWorld)Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of qualitydelivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills) Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive levelpresentations.

Bachelors degree in related field ANDseveral years experience in marketing/advertising/e-business required Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in apay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual andteam performance.
The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800 - 138,800 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based onmarket location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,experience, and internal equity.
As part of our total rewards offering,permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitiveannual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
