Les responsabilités d'Agent de service client
Assure le service aux clients et répondre avec professionnalisme à leurs questions
Procède à la vérification de conformité des dossiers des demandeurs
Effectue avec rigueur et exactitude la saisie et la mise à jour des informations en lien avec les demandes dans les différents systèmes informatiques
Assure la protection de la documentation, des renseignements personnels et des composantes de sécurité,
Rapporte sans délai toute situation de non-conformité
Les exigences de poste d'Agent de service client
Secondaire V ou l'équivalence reconnue par le ministère de l'Éducation.
Avoir un service à la clientèle hors pair
Avoir de la rigueur et le souci du détail et de la confidentialité
Faire preuve de polyvalence et d'autonomie
Avoir une bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit)
Être disponible pour travailler sur des horaires variables
Posséder une bonne connaissance en informatique, de l'environnement Windows et des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office
