岗位职责: 生成并发送客户账单和发票; 跟踪和记录发票的支付状态; 管理每日银行存款并核对银行交易; 定期审核客户账户, 并解决任何付款差异; 定期审核账龄报告, 及时跟进未结清的账单; 及时准确地回应员工和客户的应收账款查询; 协助完成月末、季末和年末结算流程。
岗位要求：中英语流利, 沟通能力强; 会计背景或应收账款经验优先; 注重细节, 较强的协作能力; 善于处理问题和规划时间; 熟练使用ERP和Quickbooks。
工作时间：Full-Time, Permanent M-F 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
薪资范围：$20-22/hour, 试用期后据能力调薪
