As an IT Project Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring project control procedures and policies within several small to medium projects are executed according to Technology's project performance standards.
You'll leverage your values as a client champion and view technology in the lens of employee experience.How You'll SucceedCoordination - Calendar management will be a key responsibility for this position.
Consolidate and integrate work breakdown structures data into a comprehensive schedule.
Develop, manage and control schedules by updating and making mitigation decisions and escalating as appropriate to the Project Manager.Tracking & Reporting - Track progress and make recommendations on response plans for risks, resolution plans for issues and results on action items and make decisions on required escalations.
Develop, consolidate and reconcile management and resource allocation reports.
Update project repository ensuring version control.Project Financials - Track and reconcile financials ensuring resolution of anomalies, update and reconcile latest estimates ensuring actuals to plan, make recommendations escalating as appropriate.Must Haves:
• 3+ years working in a large enterprise supporting IT project managers- Creating status reports, Risk Logs, planning meetings and updates to key stakeholders-Experience using Sharepoint, Microsoft suite, MS project (huge asset)- Strong Communication is a very important for this role
