Vaco recherche pour l'un de ses clients un Lead GRC, avec une expertise sur Active directory pour un mandat de 6 mois renouvelable.En tant que spécialiste GRC - Active Directory et Gestion des Identités vous serez en charge de développer, implémenter et gérer les programmes de gouvernance, de gestion des risques et de conformité, avec un accent particulier sur Active Directory (AD) et la gestion des identités.
Votre mission principale est de vous assurer que les systèmes AD et de gestion des identités adhèrent aux exigences réglementaires et aux meilleures pratiques en atténuant les risques associés à la gestion des identités et des accès (IAM).Responsabilités Clés:
Gouvernance :
Développer et maintenir les politiques, standards et procédures AD et gestion des identités.Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations et les meilleures pratiques.Effectuer des examens et audits réguliers pour garantir l'alignement avec les objectifs organisationnels.Gestion des Risques :
Identifier, évaluer et atténuer les risques liés à AD et à la gestion des identités.Réaliser des évaluations des risques et des analyses de vulnérabilité.Mettre en place et surveiller les contrôles pour atténuer les risques.Conformité :
Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations telles que RGPD, HIPAA, SOX.Préparer et gérer les audits, fournir la documentation nécessaire.Collaborer avec les auditeurs pour garantir des résultats positifs.Gestion d'Active Directory et des Identités :
Gérer et maintenir l'infrastructure AD, assurer sa sécurité et efficacité.Implémenter et superviser les solutions IAMRéponse aux Incidents :
Enquêter et répondre aux incidents de sécurité AD et IAM.Collaborer avec l'équipe de réponse aux incidents pour résoudre les problèmes.Documenter et analyser les incidents, fournir des rapports post-incident.Formation et Sensibilisation :
Proposer des programmes de formation sur les politiques et procédures AD et IAM.Se tenir informé des tendances et avancées technologiques en AD et IAM.Qualifications :
Diplôme de licence en Technologie de l'Information, Informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.5+ années d'expérience dans des rôles de GRC, avec un focus sur Active Directory et la gestion des identités.Solide compréhension de l'architecture AD, de l'administration et des meilleures pratiques de sécurité.Expérience avec les solutions et technologies de gestion des identités et des accès.Connaissance des réglementations pertinentes et des cadres de conformité (par exemple, RGPD, HIPAA, SOX).Informations Complémentaires :
• Mandat de 6 mois renouvelable - 35h par semaine- 1 jour par semaine sur site ( Montreal)- Bilingue Français/Anglais
