This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience handling estate litigation cases. This role requires a strong understanding of estate disputes, including will contests, trust disputes, and probate issues. Pay Rate: $100,000/annually

Responsibilities:

Estate Litigation: Manage and litigate a variety of estate disputes, including will contests, trust disputes, and probate issues.
Client Representation: Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in estate litigation matters.
Case Management: Handle all aspects of case management, from initial consultation through to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and representing clients in court.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and provide clients with informed advice.
Document Drafting: Prepare and review legal documents related to estate litigation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and exceptional service throughout the legal process.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive legal support and achieve client objectives.

Qualifications:

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate litigation.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
