This position can be filled on a part-time basis (32-40 hours per week) and offers flexible working hours between 8 am - 6 pm Mon - Fri.

Key responsibilities:

Leads.io is in search of a paid marketing specialist to complement our dynamic work environment.
Your role encompasses planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing lead-generation campaigns through our Paid Marketing channels.
Your primary objective is to generate high-quality leads and ensure campaigns meet revenue and margin targets with a strong focus on ROI.

Other responsibilities are:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and maximize ROI.

Utilize your extensive knowledge of marketing principles to design and implement effective marketing strategies.
Craft and refine sophisticated marketing strategies that cater to various market segments and business goals.
Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, ensuring their growth and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Work closely with various departments, business units, and stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with the company's overarching goals.

Your qualifications

You have 5-7 years of experience
You have a proven track record in planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing lead-generation campaigns
Having a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices sounds like you
You can develop and execute complex marketing strategies and tactics
You would like to oversee and mentor junior team members
You excel at collaborating with various departments and stakeholders
