DESCRIPTION DE POSTE
tu es ingénieux et rigoureux, un habile planificateur, et tu as le souci de conformité et de constance?
Faire la gestion de chantier et résoudre des problèmes techniques pour permettre d'atteindre de nouveaux sommets dans le domaine du Génie?
Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice du Service du génie, tu auras comme principal mandat d'assister ta supérieure dans l'ensemble des activités reliées au génie municipal quant au volet technique de la surveillance des travaux effectués sous ton service. Plus précisément, tu seras amené à :
Participer à la planification et à la gestion des ressources humaines, matérielles et financières du service. Assister la directrice dans la préparation du PTI, du budget, des règlements d'emprunt et dans les différents projets
Participer à l'établissement des normes, méthodes et procédures de travail. Assister la Direction dans le développement des réseaux municipaux respectueux des plans directeurs approuvés
Être constamment à l'affût des nouvelles normes et technologies permettant l'évolution législative et technique du Service et faire des recommandations en ce sens à sa supérieure
Préparer des appels d'offres pour les services professionnels, tels que des études géotechniques et d'ingénierie ou tout autre projet spécifique relié au génie civil Participer à la vérification et à l'approbation des appels d'offres, à l'autorisation des travaux supplémentaires, certificats de paiement et autres documents requis
Assister le suivi des divers mandats de services professionnels en lien avec les dossiers de réfection et de construction d'infrastructures
Superviser la coordination des travaux exécutés par les promoteurs ou entrepreneurs, assurer une supervision régulière sur les chantiers de construction en effectuant des tournées sur le terrain et agir à titre de personne-ressource auprès du technicien en génie civil ou aux clients externes en ce qui a trait auxdits chantiers
Superviser le travail du technicien en génie civil et lui offrir le soutien nécessaire dans l'accomplissement de son travail
Préparer des plans, devis et estimations pour les travaux d'infrastructures municipales réalisés en régie ou par des entrepreneurs généraux
Prendre en charge certains dossiers spécifiques attribuables à l'environnement, à la circulation, etc., tel que le requiert la supérieure immédiate
Approuver les demandes d'autorisation aux services d'utilités publiques et en faire le suivi
S'informer sur les programmes de subventions disponibles pour la réalisation des travaux ou pour de l'achat d'équipement
Participer à l'analyse des demandes venant des autres directions reliées à son champ d'activités et en fait toute recommandation jugée nécessaire
Recevoir et évaluer les plaintes assujetties au Génie et formuler des recommandations
EXIGENCES DE TRAVAIL
Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en génie civil
Trois (3) à cinq (5) années d'expérience pertinente reliée à la fonction
Membre de l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
Excellentes connaissances des normes dans le domaine des infrastructures municipales et en réglementation municipale
Formation Santé et sécurité générale sur les chantiers de construction (ASP construction)
Connaissance des logiciels : 365 Microsoft, MS Project, Autocad, Civil 3D
Excellente maîtrise de la langue française, parlée et écrite
Permis de conduire valide
