Position Overview:

To provide:

• A full spectrum of Reliability Engineering and Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) solutions for various IMP contracts which include Commercial and Military, Aerospace, Naval and Land Programs.
• Technical leadership and guidance within the LSA/ILS Engineering group, reflecting best practices and industry expertise.

What You Will Do:

• Determine which Reliability Centered Maintenance tools are appropriate for the job and apply tools and best practices effectively.
• Perform Life Cycle Cost Analyses, Cost Benefit Analyses, and Trade-off Analyses; and make recommendations based on availability and long-term cost.
• Perform Failure Mode Effects Analyses (FMEA, FMECA), and develop and update Preventive Maintenance strategies.
• Perform Level Of Repair Analyses (LORA) and make recommendations for stock levels and allocation to maximize Operational Availability (Ao).
• Perform RAMS analyses and provide guidance on Obsolescence Management decisions following best practices and company policy.
• Identify, develop and implement Reliability process improvements based on best practices and industry expertise.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance within the LSA/ILS Engineering group.
• Provide mentorship to more junior department members.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of engineering experience with a minimum of 7 years specializing in reliability engineering.
• Reliability experience must be adequately demonstrated in the resume.
• Must be able to take initiative and be a self-directed learner.
