At Yuzu, we work together to provide our customers with an extraordinary sushi experience, without neglecting the pleasure.The sushi man is an ambassador of the quality of the sushi and of the Yuzu service; it is the first point of contact for customers.As a Sushi man, your job will be to provide impeccable customer service and participate in the sushi making.
Prepare sushi and other dishes;
Respond to customer questions, on site or over the phone;
Advise customers in their choices and inform them of promotions;
Participate in the preparation and placement of ingredients;
Collaborate with your colleagues in the maintenance of the restaurant (hygiene and salubrity);
Perform any other task required for the smooth running of operations.
A great sushi master once said 'you are not born a sushiman, you become one'. Even if you've never made sushi, we will provide your training, which will be fully paid.
Relevant work experience in catering (asset);
Experience in dealing with customers;
Desire to propagate Yuzuvibe!
