Your job Act as a Product Owner (PO - according to the Scrum/Agile methodology) for the real estate project portfolio Be responsible for the delivery and contribute to the realization of the roadmap of real estate projects Act as an orchestrator, slice and sequence a target vision to maximize value delivery by taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors Build and manage the product backlog that allows you to achieve the business vision and prioritize the MVP (minimum viable product) based on business value Accompany and support adaptation to change, obtain buy-in from others and manage resistance to change Continuously make improvements and fixes to the product to improve the experience to meet current and future needs.
Your team The Real Estate business strategy sector is more than 40 experts who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative way to seize opportunities and continuously improve processes.
Within the sector, you are part of a team composed of 2 POs and 2 market development advisors who report to the Senior Director and who work in matrix with several internal experts.
The team is primarily responsible for ensuring the end-to-end execution of real estate projects, from site search to operational delivery.
Prerequisite Industry-related bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR Industry-related master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience Experience in solution delivery as a Product Owner (P.O.) Ability to work in Agile mode:
