ROLAND GRENIER Construction, une entreprise familiale emblématique, leader dans la rénovation commerciale, industrielle et institutionnelle depuis 1968, cherche un(e) Chargé de Projet / Gestionnaire de Projet / Coordinateur de Travaux passionné(e) pour rejoindre son équipe compétente et dynamique.

TON RÔLE:
Prévoir les travaux à partir de documents d'appel d'offres, devis, et plans.
Faire des visites de chantier.
Estimer le coût des travaux.
Coordonner les travaux: main d'œuvre, équipements, matériaux, etc.
Collaborer avec différents intervenants et assurer une bonne communication.
Assurer le suivi des travaux selon l'échéancier et le budget.
Gérer les modifications et les ajouts aux travaux.
Émettre des bons de commande aux fournisseurs et sous-traitants.
Assurer la livraison du projet, avec engagement, souci du détail et travail bien fait.

Expérience en Construction.
Expérience avec les méthodes de constructions Canadienne.
Expérience en construction architecturale.
