ÉLECTROMÉCANICIEN(ENNE)
Quart de fin de semaine Montmagny
Horaire: 3 jours semaine (Vendredi, samedi et dimanche ; 36 heures payé l'équivalent de 40 heures)Salaire pouvant aller de 31.20 $ à 38.70 $ de l'heure (incluant prime de fin de semaine)
Votre défi
Relevant du superviseur de maintenance, vous aurez à travailler au sein d'équipes multidisciplinaires. Nous possédons des équipements de haute technologie dans la transformation de l'aluminium, du verre telles que des CNC 2, 3 et 4 axes, des scies automatisées, des tables de découpe, un four de trempe et nous avons un procédé d'application de peinture électrostatique. Vous serez appelé(e) à :
Effectuer le diagnostic des arrêts machine « trouble shooting » et la calibration des origines sur des équipements à commandes numériques (CNC);
Résoudre de problématiques complexes et mettre en place des solutions;
Effectuer des recherches et/ou des démarches avec les fournisseurs externes pour la résolution de problématiques complexes;
Effectuer des tâches de maintenance préventive et corrective sur tous les équipements de production;
Effectuer la calibration de différentes machines afin d'obtenir la qualité
Qualités personnelles et professionnelles
Lire et interpréter rapidement des plans et schémas électriques
Bonne capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes (RDP), notamment pour le diagnostic
Capacité d'adaptation
Maîtriser le vocabulaire anglais technique pour la bonne compréhension de certains documents de maintenance et de programmation
Bonne capacité à utiliser des applications informatiques
Qualifications requises
DEP ou DEC en électromécanique
Maîtrise des domaines suivants : mécanique, électronique, pneumatique, hydraulique, informatique et automatisation
Anglais (un atout)
Connaissance d'Intéral (un atout)
