Relevant du Directeur recherche et développement et du Directeur support client, le technicien support client aura des tâches variées;
Gestion des pièces et du service client :
Répondre aux demandes des clients et analyser leurs besoins;
Faire le diagnostic des problèmes clients et proposer des solutions;
Participer à des projets de conception;
Au besoin, aller sur les fermes pour régler des problèmes liés ou non à une garantie pour effectuer des tests et/ou du dépannage.
Créer, rédiger et envoyer les soumissions de pièces et service;
Prendre en charge la mise en production des dossiers de pièces et service;
Réfléchir à l'amélioration de certaines pièces et solutions;
Faire preuve de jugement et d'initiative dans des cas parfois délicats;
Testez des pièces sous garanties;
Superviser l'installation de systèmes et assister aux démarrages jusqu'à l'exploitation des systèmes lorsque requis.
Support aux ventes :
Répondre aux demandes d'informations techniques;
Valider la faisabilité des projets et en estimer les coûts;
Aider à la formation interne.
Détenir un DEC en génie mécanique, dessin industriel ou des expériences jugées équivalentes;
Expérience en service client;
Avoir de l'expérience avec Excel et Word;
Être à l'aise à communiquer en anglais et en français tant à l'oral et qu'à l'écrit (essentiel);
Être disposé à voyager à l'occasion.
