En tant que chargé de projets, vous aurez comme principal mandat d'effectuer de la gestion de projets de surveillance en infrastructures municipales.

DESCRIPTION DES TÂCHES
Assurer la gestion administrative des projets et en assumer la responsabilité (facturation, gestion contractuelle, ouverture des dossiers, etc.) ;
Coordonner le travail de l'équipe attitrée au projet ;
Veiller à la satisfaction des clients et au bon déroulement des projets ;
Analyser les besoins des clients et être en mesure de proposer un budget et des solutions qui respectent les diverses contraintes du projet ;
Valider la cohérence interdisciplinaire des plans et des devis en collaboration avec les ingénieurs de différentes disciplines ;
Convoquer et diriger les réunions de coordination du projet ;
Effectuer le suivi de projet en chantier ;
Gérer les coûts et l'échéancier du projet ;
Réaliser et/ou superviser les travaux techniques ;
Assurer que les travaux sont réalisés selon les plans, le devis et les normes applicables ;
Faire l'inventaire et la commande du matériel requis pour la réalisation du projet ;
Appliquer le système qualité et assurer le classement des documents d'ingénierie ;
Définir et suivre des indicateurs d'avancement de ses livrables et mettre en place, si requis les plans de redressement ;
Assurer la maîtrise et le respect des livrables et des échéanciers ;
Assurer l'assistance technique pendant la phase de mise en œuvre et de mise en service ;
Assurer la traçabilité des besoins à chaque phase du livrable du début jusqu'au transfert des ouvrages au client :
Participer à la préparation d'offres de services et de plans de travail.
EXPÉRIENCES ET EXPERTISES
Baccalauréat en génie civil et être membre de l'OIQ
Cinq (5) années d'expérience liées à la surveillance d'infrastructures municipales
Expérience en génie-conseil
Connaissance des normes et des modes de fonctionnement de la Ville de Montréal
Carte ASP construction valide
Permis de conduire valide et accès à une voiture
