Le Manoir du Lac Delage, à quelques Km de la Ville de Québec, est à la recherche d'une personne pour combler le poste de coordination aux ventes avec une option de ventes.
Encadré de la direction et de l'équipe des ventes, vous aurez pour mission de faire la planification en direct avec le client tout en présentant les différentes options disponibles de l'établissement.
La personne recherchée doit avoir de l'expérience en hôtellerie ainsi que de bonnes aptitudes de vente, de coordination, le sens de l'organisation et d'autonomie. L'accompagnement et le service client personnalisé sont nos priorités.
Exigences
Responsabilités du coordonnateur:
Répondre aux demandes client et les accompagner selon leur besoins
Rencontrer les clients et faire visiter le site de leur événement
Assurer le maintient de notre clientèle existante
Coordonner des événements et accompagner le client dans sa démarche événementielle
Préparation des documents de communication (BEO, contrats)
Participer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs budgétaires
Se tenir au courant des événements à venir, des tendances actuelles.
Être à l'affût du marché et des concurrents.
Participer à la gestion des plateformes de médias sociaux
Portion vente:
Participer au rayonnement de l'établissement
Négocier les tarifications de groupes
Développer de nouvelles clientèles
Compétences:
Aptitudes pour la vente et pour le service à la clientèle
Aptitude interpersonnelle et excellent esprit d'équipe
Excellent sens du service à la clientèle
Aptitude à développer des relations d'affaires
Bon communicateur que ce soit au niveau rédactionnel ou oral lors de présentation
Être doté d'une bonne organisation et souci du détail
Personnalité compétitive axée sur les résultats et la créativité
Capacité de travailler sous pression
Formation hôtelière ou tout autre domaine connexe lié au service client.
Expérience en événementiel
Bilingue, français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
Expérience dans un autre département d'hôtel est considérée comme un atout tel que Maitre d'hôtel.
