Le titulaire de ce poste sera responsable de l'évaluation pour nos projets commerciaux et résidentiels, conformément aux règles, aux procédures et aux politiques en vigueur. Il s'occupera aussi de diverses propositions à notre clientèle établie. Il devra rencontrer des clients, des donneurs d'ouvrage ainsi que des consultants mais aussi procéder à divers relevés techniques et/ou visites de chantier.

Tâches :
Préparer et soumettre les soumissions au BSDQ et aux clients.
Interpréter les plans, les devis techniques et autres documents de soumission.
Calculer les matériaux et la main-d'œuvre nécessaires pour les projets.
Faire les demandes de prix auprès des fournisseurs pour les matériaux.
En collaboration avec le département des achats, négocier à l'occasion des ententes spéciales avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants.
Respecter les standards de qualité et les processus de soumission.
Veiller à l'exactitude des données (prix et quantités).
S'assurer que tous les documents soient complets (addenda, etc.).
Respecter les délais de fermeture de soumission.
Participer aux réunions d'équipe et contribuer activement au développement du département.
Exigences:
Expérience de plusieurs années dans le domaine de l'électricité.
Habiletés en communication et soucis de la qualité du service à la clientèle.
Connaissances de base en informatique.
