ADN Gestion de patrimoine, cabinet partenaire de SFL Gestion de patrimoine est à la recherche d'une personne autonome ayant le souci du détail et dotée d'un grand esprit de collaboration dans le but d'offrir un service à la clientèle respectant nos valeurs ;
Préparer les dossiers clients et développer une relation de confiance dans gestion des comptes clients tout en s'assurant de la conformité et du respect des processus;
Effectuer des recherches d'information selon besoin des clients;
Initier les demandes relatives à l'information et la documentation auprès des clients en lien avec l'ouverture des comptes et la mise à jour des dossiers ;
Communiquer avec les clients et les différents partenaires par téléphone ou par courriel de façon courtoise et professionnelle ;
Effectuer la préparation des présentations pour les rencontres avec les clients ;
Gestion des courriels, de l'horaire et des rendez-vous des membres de l'équipe ;
Participer à la mise en place de processus efficaces ;
Tenir à jour les différents registres et faire le suivi avec l'équipe;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes de même nature et en relation directe avec cet emploi.

Salaire et avantages
La semaine de travail est basée sur 40 heures du lundi au vendredi entre 9h00 et 17h00 toutefois flexibilité pour aménagement autre du temps de travail ;
Trois semaines de vacances payées ;
Bonis lorsqu'entièrement opérationnel(le) ;
Salaires et bonification selon les résultats ;

Attributs et compétences de la personne recherchée
Détenir au minimum un diplôme d'études collégial dans un domaine connexe ;
Détenir un certificat en administration de bureau ou d'autres cours et formations connexes (un atout) ;
Permis en assurance de personnes et permis de fonds d'investissement (obligatoire)
CCMV - Cours courtage en valeurs mobilières (un atout)
Détenir un minimum d'une (1) année d'expérience dans le secteur des finances ;
Esprit d'équipe ;
Détenir de fortes aptitudes en communication verbale et écrite, centrée sur le client et sociable ;
Avoir d'excellentes capacités de gestion des tâches, du temps et des priorités ;
Posséder un sens de l'organisation très développé ;
Leadership, esprit d'initiative dans l'amélioration des processus ;
Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ;
Faire preuve de flexibilité dans l'horaire en fonction des priorités et des problèmes à gérer ;
Discrétion ;
Connaissance du milieu financier (un atout).
