Ce que nous cherchons
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un
• e technicien
• ne en ressources humaines au recrutement pour un remplacement de congé de maternité pour joindre notre équipe.
Responsabilités
En collaboration avec les directeurs, déterminer les besoins de main-d'œuvre
Effectuer des suivis hebdomadaires avec les gestionnaires sur la progression du recrutement
Faire l'affichage de poste à l'externe et à l'interne
Réceptionner les candidatures et en faire l'analyse
Contacter les candidats
Planifier et effectuer les entrevues
Rédiger les rapports
Faire la prise de référence
Préparer l'arrivée des employés
Faire l'intégration des nouveaux employés
Compléter le dossier pour le service de la paye
Effectuer les suivis d'embauche auprès des nouveaux employés (1 semaine et 1 mois)
Maintenir à jour les indicateurs de performance
Effectuer les entrevues de départs
Maintenir à jour les dossiers RH
Collaborer sur plusieurs projets
