MANDAT
À titre d'analyste en gestion de patrimoine, vous aiderez les planificateurs financiers à servir notre clientèle, composée de professionnels et d'entrepreneurs. Vous maintiendrez des relations d'affaires personnalisées exceptionnelles avec les clients actuels et potentiels.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Collecter les données nécessaires à produire des analyses de besoins financiers
Collaborer à la préparation d'analyses ou rapports de planification financière intégrée
Assurer le suivi administratif des transactions : ouverture et mise à jour des comptes et transferts, autant en investissement qu'en assurance de personnes (vie et invalidité) et collectives
Donner suite aux demandes des clients de façon ponctuelle et autonome
Élaborer des illustrations et des concepts d'assurances et autres présentations
Rencontrer les clients avec les planificateurs financiers
Participer au rayonnement de notre visibilité : réseaux sociaux, infolettre et événements clients

Expérience et compétences
Capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement en évolution rapide et excellente gestion des priorités
Aisance dans un rôle de soutien au développement des affaires
Excellente capacité à communiquer efficacement tout en démontrant de l'entregent et de l'empathie
Initiative, autonomie, souci du détail et débrouillardise
Parfaite maîtrise du français et des logiciels de la suite Office/OneDrive
Expérience dans les services financiers ou dans un domaine connexe, comme la comptabilité, les assurances ou le droit ou fiscalité, sera considérée comme un atout
Formation générale
BAC Finance/Planification financière/Comptabilité, DEC ou certificat d'administration ou dans un domaine connexe (Droit & Fiscalité)
