Responsabilités Relevant du contremaître, l'employé procède à l'assemblage de diverses composantes entrant dans la fabrication de modules électroniques et de produits électromécaniques.
Fonctions générales applicables à tous les employés de l'usine:
Est responsable de la qualité de son produit et de son identification (code de couleur et étiquette)
Doit signaler toute défectuosité ou anomalie de produit, matière première, équipement ou autre à son supérieur immédiat
Informer son supérieur de tout inventaire de pièces en souffrance
Utiliser adéquatement la machinerie ou outillage selon les manuels d'opération en vigueur et effectuer la maintenance préventive simple demandée
Faire la manutention du matériel avec l'équipement approprié au besoin
Respecter les normes antistatiques établies pour les produits déterminés
Dispenser de l'entraînement au besoin
Compléter les rapports requis
Respecter les normes et règlements de sécurité en vigueur
Faire des modifications aux réparations mineures de matériel de gabarits, au besoin
Tenir l'équipement et les lieux de travail propres
Toutes autres tâches connexes. Qualifications:
Posséder une bonne dextérité manuelle
Autonomie, initiative et minutie;
Sens de l'observation et de la qualité;
Sens de l'organisation du travail;
Bonne communication
Bonne acuité visuelle
