What You'll Contribute:

As the Hydromechanics Director, you'll lead and supervise a team of permanent and part time employees, overseeing budgetary management and strategic planning. Your role will involve:

• Managing the entire engineering department in the Hydromechanics sector
• Establishing and implementing departmental strategies and service offerings
• Developing and maintaining internal and external networks for business development
• Ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with the Vice President to establish growth strategies

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor of Engineering
• Member of the association of professional engineers of the province where the profession is practiced
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in team management
• Vision and global knowledge of dam and hydroelectric development sectors
• Proven ability in business development and customer relationship management
• Mobilizing leadership and effective communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a changing organizational context
• Bilingualism (French and English)
