Nous recherchons un.e chargé.e de projets adjoint.e avec une expertise en gestion de projets!
Tes missions :
Développement de plans : Tu seras chargé.e de créer des plans préliminaires et définitifs pour des projets diversifiés, en mettant en œuvre ta créativité et ton expertise technique.
Gestion des plans (dwg) des immeubles : Tu auras la responsabilité de la gestion documentaire de notre parc immobilier, un rôle clé pour le succès de nos projets.
Supervision de projets de construction : Ton aide sera précieuse pour superviser nos projets de construction, garantissant que chaque détail est pris en compte.
Assistance au chargé de projet : Tu seras le soutien indispensable du chargé de projet et de l'estimateur, contribuant à la fluidité et à l'efficacité de notre travail d'équipe.
Toutes autres tâches connexes : Ta polyvalence te permettra de t'impliquer dans divers aspects de notre entreprise, offrant une expérience de travail riche et variée.
Ton profil :
Formation en architecture ou technicien en architecture (DEC) : Ta formation est la fondation de ton savoir-faire.
Intérêt marqué pour l'architecture/design intérieur : Ta passion pour le domaine est le moteur de ton excellence.
Attitude positive et solutionniste : Nous cherchons quelqu'un qui voit les défis comme des opportunités.
Polyvalence et autonomie : Tu sauras gérer tes responsabilités avec brio et indépendance.
Sens des responsabilités et capacités en communication : Nous valorisons une personne qui prend ses responsabilités au sérieux et qui communique efficacement, assurant une collaboration fluide et professionnelle.
Rigueur et minutie : Dans chaque aspect de ton travail, tu feras preuve d'une grande précision et attention au détail, ce qui est crucial pour la réussite de nos projets.
Maîtrise d'AutoCAD et Microsoft Office : Tes compétences techniques seront essentielles pour mener à bien tes missions.
