L'organisation possède un espace d'atelier de 35 000 pieds carré et un système de gestion (ERP).
Technicien(ne) service après-vente
Sous la supervision du chef d'équipe service après-vente (SAV), le ou la technicien(ne) SAV aura à organiser et mettre en œuvre l'installation mécanique et électrique de nos projets dans nos locaux, ainsi que sur les sites de nos clients.
Il ou elle aura également des tâches inhérentes aux installations et aux modifications de systèmes, comme : le troubleshooting des installations, les modifications mécaniques et électriques, directement sur le site client.
RESPONSABILITÉS
En tant que lien direct entre les clients et les équipes de NūMove, voici les responsabilités :
Assembler mécaniquement des produits ou des prototypes selon les spécifications requises ;
Fabriquer sur mesure des pièces mécaniques nécessaires à l'avancée des projets (au besoin, sur site client) ;
Effectuer les branchements électriques selon les plans ;
Mettre en place, installer et ajuster mécaniquement les équipements ;
Organiser et préparer les différentes interventions chantier conjointement avec l'équipe projet ;
Investiguer sur les problèmes de fonctionnement, au besoin, résoudre les problématiques sur place ;
Rapporter les problèmes analysés et communiquer avec l'équipe projet afin de définir les meilleurs correctifs ou améliorations ;
Rapporter au chargé de projet et au client l'avancée des travaux de façon récurrente et structurée ;
S'assurer de la conformité et de la qualité de nos installations, ainsi que garder les documents de suivi à jour afin d'atteindre cet objectif ;
Participer au démarrage de projet, par ex : I/O Check, ajustement des paramètres d'équipements, Hardware config, opérations robot en mode manuel, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
AEP, DEP ou DEC en électromécanique de systèmes automatisés, ou mécanique industrielle ou tout autre diplôme jumelé à une expérience pertinente ;
Excellente communication ;
Travailleur d'équipe ;
Disponible pour voyager jusqu'à 25 semaines par an (À l'extérieur du Québec) ;
Capacité à lire des plans électriques, pneumatiques et mécaniques ;
Expérience pertinente dans une industrie connexe ;
Parfaite connaissance du français,
Anglais fonctionnel, compte tenu que la nature du poste, interaction avec clients localisés aux États-Unis et Canada anglais.
Connaissances de la programmation PLC ;
Notions de paramétrage de variateurs de vitesses, modules I/O déportés etc. ;
Expérience dans le service après-vente industriel ou le service client ;
Licence C hors construction ;
Carte de conduite des chariots élévateurs ;
Connaissance des domaines pneumatique et électrique.
