Notre firme est présentement à la recherche d'un(e) directeur(trice) risques et conformité dans l'un de nos quatre bureaux, soit, Saint-Georges, Sainte-Marie, Lévis (secteur Saint-Romuald) ou Thetford Mines. Chez nous, les occasions de croissance n'attendent que toi!
Tes prochains défis :
Sous la supervision du directeur principal, à titre de directeur(trice) risques et conformité tu devras:
Agir principalement à titre d'expert en gestion des risques et de la qualité pour des missions de certification auprès d'une clientèle variée; manufacturiers, sociétés de services, professionnels de la santé, agriculture, construction etc;
Participer activement à l'élaboration et à la communication des programmes de formation continue au personnel de certification;
Conseiller les équipes de mission dans la résolution de leurs problèmes en plus de veiller à l'amélioration constante des outils et des processus en certification;
Gérer les risques dans les dossiers dans le but de respecter les normes professionnelles en comptabilité, en certification et en déontologie.
Le profil idéal de notre futur collègue :
Posséder le titre de CPA auditeur;
Détenir de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en certification;
Avoir de l'expérience en GRQ (gestion des risques et de la qualité) un atout;
Posséder des aptitudes d'analyse et de synthèse;
Avoir de bonnes habiletés communicationnelles;
Être reconnu pour son aisance avec les normes comptables et de certification.
