• Responsabilités
Relevant de la directrice du département, le représentant au service à la clientèle doit assurer un suivi quotidien des demandes des clients et représentants. Il aura notamment à :
Recevoir les appels;
Recevoir et documenter les commandes;
Entrer les commandes dans le système informatique afin de les mettre en production;
Faire le suivi quotidien des commandes promises;
Assurer un suivi auprès des clients;
Communiquer avec les différents départements;
Gérer les inventaires;
Gérer les plaintes client;
Assister aux réunions du département.

Diplôme d'études dans une spécialisation pertinente;
Habileté à travailler dans un environnement où le rythme est rapide, et à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps;
Expérience minimale de 2 ans dans des fonctions similaires;
Maîtrise des logiciels MS Office (Excel, Outlook);
Autonomie et bonne gestion des priorités;
Excellente communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.
Anglais Courant: Communication avec des clients et des fournisseurs en anglais.
