Relevant du Chef d'équipe - Soutien et infrastructures TI, le titulaire du poste est le responsable des systèmes, réseau et de la cybersécurité. Il gère les sauvegardes, les plans de relèves et effectue des tests de recouvrement annuel. Il agit à titre d'expert-conseil dans son champ d'expertise et apporte ses recommandations à l'organisation. Il gère les demandes de cybersécurité avec le siège social et travaille de concert avec les autres membres de l'équipe soutien et infrastructure TI.
Responsabilités spécifiques :
RÉGULIÈRES
• Suivre et appliquer les demandes corporatives au niveau de la sécurité informatique ;
• Demande de soumission en lien avec les projets et faire le suivi de ceux-ci avec les différents fournisseurs ;
• S'assurer du bon fonctionnement des sauvegardes de l'environnement TI ;
• Évaluation des demandes et implémentation de SAAS ;
• Participer à l'amélioration et au maintien de la sécurité, la qualité et la productivité des infrastructures informatiques ;
• Attribuer les demandes de configuration et des mises à jour de systèmes informatiques aux employés du département de soutien et d'infrastructure TI ;
• Participer à différent audit en lien avec les systèmes des technologies de l'information ;
• Participer au déploiement et au support de nouvelles technologies ;
• Développer, mettre en place et améliorer les divers standards (gestion de projets, infrastructure informatique, équipements et procédure) ;
• Connaître et appliquer les standards et les procédures internes ;
• Étudier, rechercher et proposer des solutions à des problèmes de production complexes et/ou ayant des impacts importants/majeurs ;
• Gérer, créer et développer les projets d'infrastructure TI ;
• Entretenir la relation avec les clients internes et s'assurer du suivi de ses besoins ;
• Promouvoir le respect des règles de santé et sécurité de l'usine dans l'ensemble des activités;
• Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes ;
OCCASIONNELLES
• Participer à l'organisation du budget annuel du département ;
• Répondre aux appels de support informatique ;
- BAC/DEC en informatique ou toute autre expérience jugée pertinente;
• 7 ans d'expérience;
• Expérience en réseautique, en cybersécurité, SAAS et sauvegarde informatique.
• Connaissance approfondie de la réseautique et de la virtualisation. Connaissance des produits Cisco, Dell et du milieu manufacturier un atout.
CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL :
• Horaire de jour du lundi au vendredi (37,5h/semaine);
• Téléphone cellulaire fourni;
• Environnement de travail : usine 35 % et bureau 65 %;
• Pourcentage du temps de travail à l'ordinateur: 70 %.
