Hays has partnered with a well-known residential builder that are currently looking for a strong Site Superintendent to join their team in Calgary.
This company specialises in high end/luxury townhomes and single family homes.
Your new role
As the Site Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing various residential wood frame builds across the city of Calgary.
You will also be responsible for ensuring optimal quality on each job site.
The Site Superintendent manages schedules, works with sub trades and coordinates with project management.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 2+ years experience in the residential sector ideally managing townhome/rowhousing or single family units .
The successful candidate will have a combination of knowledge and experience in the build of wood frame structures, managing trades, site safety, etc.
