J'interviens sur deux types de recrutements :
temporaires et permanents sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal.

Nous couvrons les métiers de la comptabilité, la finance et la paie.
Je suis à la recherche pour mon client, une grande PME manufacturière , d'un analyste prix de revient.
Il s'agit d'un post permanent hybride.Relevant du gestionnaire - comptabilité de gestion, l'analyste financier jouera un rôle clé dans l'établissement du coût des ventes et des inventaires.
Il sera amené à élaborer et produire des analyses approfondies sur la rentabilité des produits vendus et au niveau des inventaires.
Responsabilités dans le cadre du poste :
Reporting
• Procéder à l'établissement du coût des marchandises vendues pour les produits fabriqués Norbec et les produits de revente;
• Préparation et enregistrement d'écritures de journal
• Assurer la coordination de corrections aux résultats financiers (ex :
conciliation des ventes)
• Analyse de rapport d'exception et mise en place de mesure correctives
• Analyse les résultats, expliquer les variances avec le budget et avec les périodes précédentes, effectuer des recommandations en lien avec ces analyses;
• Participer à l'évolution et l'amélioration des outils de reporting pour réduire le délai de reporting dans le secteur de la comptabilité de gestion.
• Participer à l'évolution et l'amélioration des outils de reporting pour fournir à la direction l'information financière relativement à la rentabilité des produits fabriqués et de revente en temps réel.
Analyse de coûtant et prix de vente
• Participer à l'analyse du coûtant de projets spéciaux (nouveau produit, entente client existante, etc.)
• Participation à des groupes de projets (ex :
R&D, amélioration continue, acquisitions) Gestion des inventaires
• Coordonner et participer aux décomptes d'inventaire physiques de fin d'année et hebdomadaires
• Analyser les écarts d'inventaire, coordonner les actions permettant d'assurer l'exactitude des inventaires de matière première, de WIP et de produits finis.
• Collaborer à l'implantation de processus standardisés pour la consommation et la réception des inventaires.
• Assurer l'exactitude de la valorisation des inventaires en fin de mois (quantité + prix); Autres tâches
• Préparation des dossiers d'audits externes;
• Participation à la préparation du budget annuel;Compétences clés
• Capacité d'analyse approfondie
• Capacité à respecter des échéanciers serrés
• Maîtrise de la suite Office et plus particulièrement Excel avancé;
• Ayant déjà travaillé avec un ERP
• Connaissance SQL (atout)
• Connaissance de Power BI (atout)
• Connaissance du ERP Epicor (atout) Profil personnel
• Autonomie
• Curiosité
• Aisance à travailler en équipe;
• Rigueur
• Bonne organisation du travail Profil professionnel
• Titre comptable reconnu (CPA) en obtention ou expérience équivalente;
• Minimum 1 an d'expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire.
