On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst with digital health experience.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions and timely delivery of projects.
• Perform data analysis and interpretation to provide insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies for enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Intermediate BA in Canada - the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, developing agendas, requirements elicitation, and facilitating collaboration across a variety of stakeholder groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management and documentation skills including meeting minutes and action items.
• Experience with Sharepoint, JIRA and Confluence
Hourly rate:
$70 per hour.
